Christmas/New Year Period
If items are in stock, we ship them out immediatly. Unfortunatly we are not in control of shipping times when items need to be ordered from our suppliers. This is especially prevelant during the Christmas/New Year period. As orders are placed closer to Christmas, delivery times are also out of our control as they are in the hands of Australia Post and other couriers. To guarantee delivery of all items before Christmas, all orders must be received by the 10th December. Please see 'shipping' below for an indication of delivery times.
Order Status Definitions
Here is a list of words used to describe the status of your order:
Awaiting Fulfilment: This means the order has been received and is yet to be shipped. If the status remains unchanged at least 1 business day after the order was placed, this means one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, has been ordered from our suppliers and is waiting to be delivered to our store. As soon as we receive all items in your order, we will ship them out immediately. Unfortunately if we are out of stock of an item at the time of the order, the shipment date is unpredictable and is in the hands of our suppliers.
If all the items in your order are in stock, we ship them out immediately. This is provided the order was placed on a weekday before 4pm. If the order was placed after 4pm, the order will be shipped out the next morning on a weekday.
Shipped: Your order has been shipped and an email notification has been sent to the email address on your account with a tracking number. If you did not receive an email notification and/or tracking number for your order after the status of your order has been changed to 'Shipped', please let us know by email (info@mig.com.au).

Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened item(s) within 30 days from the delivery/pick up date for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If for any reason you are unable to return the item in its original package and the item has not been used, we can provide you with a store credit. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide a refund on used items.
You should expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks after we have received the returned item(s), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from you (1 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business day), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).
PLEASE NOTE: When purchasing a sale item please choose carefully as we can no longer provide a refund for these items.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to exhange your purchased item, provided it is unopened. Your new item will be received within 1 week from the day we receive the original item subject to availability. Shipping costs are the same as our refund policy. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide an exchange on used items. If your purchased item has been opened but unused, we must charge a restocking fee of 10% due to the difficulty of repackaging.
Currently we ship to Australian addresses only. We use Australia Post and other courier services to ship all items. Deliveries do not require a signature from our couriers.
Our shipping fee is a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $100. Shipping is free for all orders over $100 with the exception of a small charge per item for some of our bulky items such as quilts.
PLEASE NOTE! If an item is urgent, please tell us in the comments section at checkout. While we make every effort to ensure you receive your order on time, unfortunatly once an order has been picked up by the courier, the delivery time is out of our control.

THESE TIMES ARE INDICATIVE ONLY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT OVER THE XMAS/NEW YEAR PERIOD THE COURIER COMPANIES RUN WITH LESS STAFF SO DELIVERY DAYS MAY BE 2 - 3 DAYS MORE THAN SET OUT IN THE TABLE ABOVE. THIS SLOW PERIOD WILL RUN FROM XMAS UNTIL APPROX 10 JANUARY 2016.
Cancellations
If you have purchased an item in error, notify us immediatly through the Contact Us page and we will organise a refund on the purchase.
Privacy Policy
Under no circumstances will we ever disclose any personal information from our customers to any third party.

Our store is hosted on a lightning-fast SAS 70 Type II certified servers. The data center that holds our information employs hacker deterrent security provisioning, three redundant network architectures and hardware firewalls.
Our store are PCI compliant, and the network that stores our information is independently audited against stringent PCI security standards every three months. This network is featured on both Visa and Mastercard's lists of PCI-compliant providers.
